Vintage 40s wool felt hat with an accent bow on the front. 
Higher in the front than the back. 
There is elastic in the back at the gap, it is stretched out and should be replaced. A tailor or seamstress can do the task. 
There are tiny yellow spots on the top of the hat, looks like color has been slightly bleached. Refer to photos.
